I felt the movie was excellent and the acting was excellent. As difficult as it is to capture a book into a movie, I felt the selected segments were done well. The idea of kids killing kids is very much of a disturbing subject but the author and the movie did an excellent job to portray 'survival' adrenalin instead of rage. These kids were scared and that was well sensed.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
