This movie certainly pushes the envelope about as far as possible. If full frontal male nudity offends you then this definitely isn't for you. If you liked Borat, then this is in the same spirit.. though I can't say that it is actually better than Borat.. but rather at best a close second. At least the film is short, so it moves and doesn't drag on. There were certainly moments in the film that are laugh out loud funny.. but overall, the whole doesn't quite equal the sum of it's 'parts'.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
