A lot of sci fi movies are just cowboys and indians in space. Rarely do they take the incredible opportunity that sci fi offers to re-imagine the human condition under unforseen (or technologially altered) circumstances. Moon does just that, and it does it in a surprising, intelligent, and emotionally nuanced way. Sam Rockwell does a great job, too. Go see this movie.
