This movie was so funny we laughed through the entire first half. I might have to see it again to see if I missed anything. So believable, we have all had friends like this. Second half was alittle slower but still very good. not as funny but a little deeper. Really hit a nice mix of funny with story. Jen was wonderful as Cassie and loved her slap! Jason was very funny and totally believable as his character Wally. I would see this again with friends if the opportunity arose.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My 9 year old daughter and I went to see this movie. It was the first one we had seen in 3 d. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. OMG this was such a great movie and the 3d just made it more vibrant and intense. It is not the cartoon Walt Disney story. It is a whole different take on the story just using some of the same characters and introducing new ones. We loved it and may even go back and see it again. (Cheaper Saturday mornings) We definitely give this film two thumbs up and urge everyone over the age of 6 to see it. It was great.
I was looking forward to this because I thought it would be funny. Unfortunately I was disappointed. My daughter thought it was pretty good but was glad we only paid 5 dollars. It reminded me too much of Igor and I did not like that film either. My daughter is 9 and totally did not get the nerd to nerd parts of the story. She wanted to know why the pretty girl had to be ugly to be smart. Why she could not be pretty and smart.
This movie was spot on! The director did a good job trying to follow the book. And if you had never seen a movie but read the books you could keep up. It was a long movie but I wish they could have added the massive fight scene, Otherwise it was great to see the interaction between the characters and the changing scope of the movie. We did all miss Dudley though...lol Great movie will see it for the third time this weekend
