Should Have Been Better

I was one of the fans that sat in the cold at midnight waiting to see this movie. Sadly,I was disappointed. I was expecting to see a movie that was similar to the book with a vampire and girl who fall helplessly in love. I was waiting the entire two hours for this movie to reel me in so that I could feel the reckless abandon of two souls (okay maybe one) who can't live without one another. Instead, I felt like I was watching a bunch of choppy scenes on a Washington state Discovery Channel special. Oh, and it felt like the show was created in 1972 right after Escape From Witch Mountain. Way to ruin it, Summit!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
