My husband (who is an original Speed Racer fan, back in the day), our 8 year old son and I really enjoyed the new Speed Racer movie. My husband enjoyed the fact that they stayed within the original story, our son enjoyed the speed scenes, and I simply enjoyed the family values and the love between parent and child.
The movie is much better than what the critics say.

Yes, I recommend this movie.
