Brilliant Performance in a Fine Film

Jeff Bridges caps a career of extraordinary performances with his turn as broken-down country singer Bad Blake. The film is an excellent character study, which avoids melodrama and easy sentiment in favor of honest portrayals of emotions.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
