When I entered the theater I did not know what to fully expect. My mother had recommended this movie to me. So i grabbed my friend and made him see it with me. We assumed that this movie would be similar to the films that are being cranked out now, lack-luster and complete wastes of time. Slumdog Millionaire opened my eyes to the world that expands much past here. It brought forth the realization that in India you were what you were born into. I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Despite its few violent and graphic scenes, the story is so worth experiencing.
I highly recommend this film to anyone willing to see it.
