Fun kids movie!

Our 6 and 9 year olds really enjoyed this movie - funny, good action, not scary. Some crude humor (fart jokes, photo copying rear ends of "minions"), but relatively tame. Sweet message how "villain's" heart warms to 3 orphans and he gets his priorities in order. We did the 3-D show - the best 3-D sequences were at the very end (during the credits, so make sure you stick around).
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great family movie!

Humor for both parents and kids, action (but not too scary / violent), unlikely hero, unique story and great animation. It's our family's favorite movie of the summer (so far)!
