OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I, too, was reluctant to see this movie after some of the movie-goers bad reviews. Let me say that it is my opinion that the bad reviews came from folks who went to this movie expecting something else entirely (maybe the title threw them a little). This movie is outstanding! Completely underrated in this venue (movietickets.com user reviews). Highly recommended. Very intense. WOW!

Wait for the DVD

I agree that this movie was just okay. It wasn't great, and I wasn't mad about having paid to see it. I sure could have waited to see this on DVD though, and would have been even happier if someone else rented it. I also would have given this movie 3 stars, but it has been overrated by those who took the time to write a review. I gave it 2 stars and would not recommend others to see it in the theater.

Oh, they could have failed us in so many ways with this sequal. But they didn't. Even though the movie is (very loosely) based on some facts in the region it was set, they didn't beat us up with with any one oppinion on how those issues should be handled. The sound and special effects were great. It's not a political documentary, it's an action flic.... and action it delivers!

It was as good as the 1st one.... that's not often the case with sequals.

look, at the time that i wrote my review only 48% of us fools that saw and took the time to review this film would recommend it to a friend. i walked out after 45 minutes and i couldn't care less how it ended. the sound effects and special effects were fine... they just weren't attached to a movie with a story or anything else that makes a movie, well, a movie. i would have rated it with two stars (for the sound and special effects), but this movie is already overrated.... and it has made too much money. i guess the writers were on strike when this movie wasn't written.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
