The Summer's Best Movie

I am just gushing to everyone about this movie. From beginning to end, it is near perfection. The story, the sets, the wardrobe, the actors. Everything was spot on. I couldn't take my eyes off of Heath Ledger as the Joker. Genius. I didn't want the scenes with him to end. But the other scenes were magnificently done as well. Everyone played their part with a clear character/stereotype in mind, but it was not at all stereotypical. Gary Oldman was fabulous, as were Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine. And of course, Christian Bale makes me wish that I needed saving. He he. It was so nice to watch an action/adventure/superhero movie that not only was fun, but thought-provoking. The Joker is so insane that some of the things he says actually make sense! The movie plays with your mind, in a good way. So, in the end, it is great to have Batman back to 'show you the way'.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
