Even putting aside all of the absolutely stunning digital work, the movie has an excellent undercurrent of multiple themes that one can walk away with. . .being true to who you really are despite what others try to make you conform to. . .the senselessness and despair of war. . .the interdependence we have with our planet. . .etc. It's not only a beautiful movie, but quite powerful in the messages it contains if you look for them.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
