If I hadn't seen this in 3D, it would have been a waste of time for us - both my husband and I thought the story was just ok - nothin special - like one person said - it's a movie for a 13 year old - hence the rating, I guess. The effects and the 3D were great but it all was really far fetched. I felt Jerasic Park was more believable or even Back to the Future was more entertaining - both great story lines. Also, nothing really kept us on the edge of our seats - rather predictable. So, I would only recommend this to someone who was really into sci-fi or special effects and would only recommend the 3D or IMAX version just for the effects, not the story, so much.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
