Knowing starts and stays slow. I kept wanting to hurry them all up. The characters were not sympathetic at all. I could care less what happened to Nicholas Cage's character. I'm a big fan of his, but not in this movie. When my husband got up to get more popcorn, I pulled out my iPhone and checked e-mail and did Sudoku. After he got back and saw this, he asked if I wanted to leave. He was bored too. First time that I recall leaving a moving in the middle. Don't waste your time unless you just want a nap.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Thoroughly enjoyed Mamma Mia... Found myself dancing (and singing - sorry) in my seat. I laughted and clapped and wanted it to go on. The actors looked liked they had a blast filming it. I wished I could step into the screen and participate myself. If you want to have a light-hearted, fun time... this is the movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
