PRO: Special effects!
CON: Accented an eeeevil "military industrial complex". Even the soldiers and top brass were portrayed as buffoons. But, I wasn't surprised once I read that Michael Moore was Assistant Director in the credits.
NEUTRAL: I did not expect any realism in the plot, as it was a comic book character come to life. A hint of realism would have made better.
