Must-see film!

I must admit that I was initially hesitent about seeing this movie...until I discovered that it was based on a true story. It was absolutely marvelous. It included a great cast, especially Morgan Freeman, he adds something special to any film. But Winter really stole the show with her courage and determination to live. I visited her website and saw her swimming with her buddies. One day I will have to travel to Florida and really see her. As someone said earlier I was smiling through my tears. If you love animals then go see this...but you can skip the 3-D, not really worth the extra $$
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great film. Similar to Deep Impact but stepped up several notches. Special effects were outstanding and very realistic. Naturally in any film such as this there were moments of unbelievability but that's expected. In no way did that distract me from the big picture. Some very moving moments too.
Definitely recommended for anyone who likes big blockbusters, and would get my Oscar vote for best special effects. A+

Having seen all previous Batman films I went to this one with an open mind. This was by far darker and more sinister and that's exactly the point. Yes the voice sounds strange but it has too. If he sounds exactly like Bruce then where's the mystery. As for the Joker, nothing negative here either. Nothing corny about this clown, just pure mayhem. Utterly cold and calculating he kills for the sake of killing and that'll send shivers down your spine. Fine acting by all involved, especially by Ledger who in my opinion should get an award for his brilliant performance. I must add though that without the supporting cast it would not have been half as good. Batman rocks!
