Awkward in beginning but got better

I thought the movie was a little awkward in the beginning when it was jumping from scene to scene. However, the movie did get better. The acting wasn't spectacular, but it was interesting to see Stephanie Meyer's characters come to life. Anyone expecting Oscar-winning performances will be sorely disappointed. Just remember the movie for what it is - an on-screen adaptation of a teen romance novel - and you will be entertained.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
