This movie was amazing with only two exceptions. First off, I was excited to see Robert Downey Jr. (from Iron Man) playing Sherlock Holmes. I had psyched myself up for this, and then, during the movie, they played an Iron Man 2 trailer. In my opinion, this made it somewhat hard to not think about Iron Man throughout the movie. Despite this, I love his version of Sherlock. Watson's portrayal was brilliant as well. The only other issue was the slow-mo. I feel the director took it a little too far. The explosion slow-mo was just one too many.
Despite this, it was amazing. Robert Downey and Jude Law made this movie brilliant.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
