I had very high expectations for this movie. They weren't exactly met, but I was impressed with it. Heath Ledger did a phenomenal job playing the evil character, The Joker. I was so impressed with his acting that I really do believe he deserves an academy award. The action sequences and special effects were very impressive. The acting was wonderful. However, there were a few scenes that didn't really flow and the story line was a little hard to follow. I also didn't care for the way Batman spoke in his deep, gruff voice when he was wearing the costume. It was a little over the top. And I think the transition of the D.A. to Two Face was too sudden. He should have taken a little longer to transform into his evil self. Overall I give it a 8.5 out of 10.
