I've been waiting for this movie to come out since they announced who were going to be the characters.I saw the IMAX 3D Alice in Wonderland which left me wondering where was the wonderfulness (visual effects) of it.It was opaque and the 3D was very poor.Barely there.Performances, some were great, good or just ok.The screenplay was ok,not great. You can skip the price of the 3D experience and just see it in 2D. Who knows it might even look better!
This movie is going to exceed everyone's expectations. The story had a delightfully scary surprise of events that no one could see coming. The actor's performances were as stong as everything else in this movie. My personal congratulations to Wally Pfister director of photography who achieved the artistry of what this movie is about.
Like many SATC fans, I was very scare of the making of this movie. I did not wanted them to make a movie, but once it was made I just could not wait. As I was viewing the movie I felt unsettled with many of the scenes they chose to keep. The movie was good. The stories of each character were full of everyday happiness and sadness. The SATC movie was there, unfortunately for me, a fan of the show since on cable and one that knows every line, every outfit and every story, notice that unnecessary scenes were there as well. Thank goodness the legacy of the show was kept even though the cons already mentioned. Still, I recommend the movie because it is beautiful and fabulous, and of course, because it is SATC
