Great visual effects

I think everyone knows without reading this that Avatar was all about it's visual effects and less about it's story. Don't misunderstand, the story is good, but lets just say that the writters can stay home on awards day. Aside from a few shakey parts in the story, I have nothing negative to say about the film. In IMAX, you feel as if you're actually on Pandora (the fantasy world on which the movie takes place), right in the middle of the action. From the acting, to the action, to the effects and visuals, Avatar is easily one of the ten best movies I've ever seen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
