If you love Captain Jack Sparrow, as I do, then you will definitely not be disappointed with PoTC 4: On Stranger Tides. This film continues the adventures of both Captain Jack Sparrow and Captain Barbosa while adding a new pirate, Blackbeard, and a new heroine/damsel in distress, Angelique. There is a tad more plot to this one, and be warned, it is not historically correct. We were jumping out of our seats at certain points, laughing out loud and almost crying at others. A great movie for all pirates!

Tim Burton really did a wonderful job with this movie, and the cast of characters is to be applauded. The start of the movie was a little slow as we "caught up" with Alice. Once she fell down the rabbit hole the movie seemed to fly. I found myself jumping and dodging flying objects throughout the movie.The visuals were fabulous and the story line never got boring. Johnny Depp was unbelievable, and I am beginning to think there isn't anything that man cannot do when it comes to film.
If you are concerned about children seeing it: 10 and up will be fine; but younger children should probably not be taken to the 3-D version. (unless you have a little Tim Burton)
