New Moon had much better cinematography than its precessor, Twilight. This one was also more narrative in its telling that the previous movie. The only thing I missed from the first one was the quickness in which the story flowed. At times, this story becomes a bit stagnant and stiff, but otherwise a fantastic effort and if you are a fan of the books like I am, you WILL love this movie too (even if u r like this reviewer and totally on TEAM EDWARD)!
This movie was awful.... From what I understood from others, most of the scares happened the last 30 min. of the film. I couldn't wait that long.
Between my husband's motion sickness and the stupidity of the stunts, it was too much to bear after just 1 hour. I requested and got my money back and for those that stayed, i really hoped you enjoyed it, but I just couldn't stay and watch the sorry excuse for horror or for an awful screenplay.
I am going to end this review by saying this.... If a guy keeps lying and not let u get the peace you need, don't listen to him, dump his stupid butt and hire a demonologist. That is all I am going to say!
I thought this movie could be ALOT better. The relationships between the main characters were good, but it could have been better. I also liked some of the one-liners, but it could have been better. Some of the film was VERY predictable and I felt I have seen some of it before in other better films. If this film could match or have surpassed the third installment of this series, this movie goer would have been alot happier. I loved the idea of the last Indy where they were looking for a religious artifact. I feel this movie went 180 degrees away from that and is now having Indy (without fully telling u the plot) looking for things not from this world. It was extremely far fetched. Overall, I wish I had waited until this came on video!
