INCREDIBLE! So well made, with all the respect and proper deference to what has become a cultural icon, the Star Trek story. The energy, technology and potential (with a young cast ready to "seek new worlds") to entertain us for another several decades. Not too much, just the right touch. Perfect casting, beautiful CGI and a creative story, with the same amount of sarcastic, adult humor that has become a hallmark of Star Trek. JJ Abrams took this one to the moon and beyond and I look forward to many new adventures with this fresh, young cast.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

The art of storytelling at it's BEST!

Storytelling is an ancient tradition, an art and skill that entertains, conveys history, teaches and inspires us. The heart of this film is the story. From the beginning through the credits, Writer / Director Andrew Stanton and the incredible team at PIXAR use all the latest technology and tools to tell a story that engages our hearts, and the story and characters are what's important here. We CARE about WALL-E and are fully immersed from the beginning, even with virtually NO dialogue during the first half of the film. Cultural references give this movie a rich, engaging background and spark some of the most humorous moments, and a great choice of music rounds out the film.
This is the BEST film I have seen all year, something every adult should see, even if you don't have kids!
