When you have no plot, add layers of confusion until the whole experience is so baffling many people will think it is there fault they can't figure it out. At its core, this is an "Avatar" does the "Matrix" with dream consciousness transporting characters to an alternate reality. But half way through you realize the Emperor has no clothes. Best thing in the whole affair is an indistructable van that can be hit by automatic weapons, trains and concrete barriers without being destroyed.
