I like the movie very much. I've been a Star Trek fan for almost 37 years. This movie was very good but....and it is a very minor but.....I was looking forward to a totally new story not a remake of "The Wrath of Khan". It isn't exactly a remake but Khan is in it.
I want to see a totally new story next time. But it was very good and now that I've seen it in a standard theater I'll probably go see it in 3D next.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Cons khan instead of a new character
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Five Stars! A great example of the quality of Star Trek The Next Generation. Head and shoulders above 99.9% of the reworked and remade crap that Hollywood normally spews forth for public consumption. What an injustice that Patrick Steward never received an Emmy for the quality of his work throughout the 7 year run of STNG.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, quality work
A very funny movie with the point of view you don't get from 99% of the liberal puke's in Hollywood.
One scene in the movie that was not played for laughs was the George Washington scene. Being a Firefighter I had a lump in my throat at the end of that scene as would all real Americans.
Tell your friends to see this movie because the liberal movie critics won't!
Very good movie, better than the first one. It also paid homage to the TV show. One shot of Bill Bixby on a TV screen. Also Lou Ferrigno has a bit part as a securty guard. He is also the "voice" of the Hulk!
