The Dark Knight is the best movie of 2008

This is not just a great graphic novel retold movie. This is an Oscar caliber movie with great acting and great atmosphere and setting.
The true drama and emotion of the movie exudes not only through the Oscar worthy actors but also the lesser actors such as "Tiny" Lester. His part was excellent and true to the Batman code.
I will definitely see this movie again despite the $15 pricetag for IMAX viewing. It is worth every penny. I have never been in a quieter movie theater. The audience was as enraptured by the movie as I was. Total submersion into the whole experience of Gotham city.
Christopher Nolan has truly outdone himself and I applaud his work. Thank you for making it a worthwhile experience rather than a letdown, which is what so many other Hollywood movies are.
