Overall this was a very good movie. My daughter (14) and son (9) wanted to go. I'd say for the 9 year old, he commented that he liked the movie a lot, but he did also comment that there were a lot of bad words and was wondering why they had to have those in movies :) The 14 year old liked it to and was glad she went.
There are several flavors, normal, imax 3d, digital 3d and real 3 d (or something like that), based on digging around, we selected the 'real' one and we enjoyed it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My Wife, 7 year old son and 13 year old daugher saw this last night. I have to say while they did a good job making the movie, it was a bit slow. Not a lot of dialog of course, but not alot going on either. I enjoy the kid type movies, but this one dragged for me. My son liked it enough to get the game, but I wouldn't put this movie above or near the others... Monsters Inc, Toy Story, Cars, etc.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
