This movie had the right ingredients to be great, however, the PG-13 rating and the fact that it was a prequel dragged it way down.

This movie exceeded the level of expectation, beyond what was imagined, it definitely has more action and weight compared to the first one, and it try's its best to maintain the same theme as "Batman Begins". as for the level of performance the actors are all on the edge of reality.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
