Being a Baz Luhrmann film,anything short of a gown made out of credit cards is to be expected.
An epic story of Australia set in the late thirties through the beginning of WWII. Hugh Jackman did what I am absolutely certain he was paid to do,He was a jaw dropping gorgeous hunk of an untamed man,craggy! Nicole Kidman,who's talent always out shines her families weirdness is lovely. I am a sucker of epic action with romance and this one delivers. I cried for the last 30 minutes of the film and when I looked out at the the theatre chucked full of not only weeping women but equally blubbering men I knew this one was a hit. Baz Luhrman in all his brilliant opullance, craggy!
