I suppose reading the book puts me at a disadvantage, knowing what happens ruins it for me. So, let's go from a different point of view. The movie was entertaining. The eyecandy was yummy! The book was followed fairly close. I did find myself ready for it to be over though. The best part of the movie for me was the scenes in Italy or whenever Taylor ripped his shirt off. LOL!
Being the mother of a teenage daughter, this movie really smacks you with the vast array of dangers out there in the world. This adrenaline pumping, fast paced ride left me whirling. Liam Neeson gives an excellent performance as the scorned father/ hard core, retired government "preventer". Love seeing him back on the big screen in a different kind of role. See this flick... Pay the BIG bucks!! It's worth every penny!!
