I thought at times it was a bit over-acted, but that wasn't really their fault. The book is driven by what is going on inside Bella's head, and you can't really but on that on the screen. I would have like to have seen more chemistry between Edward and Bella, which they had at times, and at others they didn't. Overall, I was very impressed by the movie, and it was one of the better screen adaptations of a book that I've seen. Very well done!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
