Very Good Movie

I would not say that this was the best movie ever but it was very good. Skipped some things that I would have liked to see in the movie but added some things that were good to.

Not a perfect adaptation but a good compromise. While the movie missed several of the interweaving subplot elements that made the graphic novel such a gripper, the movie maintained the good character development of the graphic novel with somewhat better pacing. The changing of the end of the film, compared to the graphic novel, seemed like it was done for a theater audiences sensibilities and therefore can be forgiven.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My daughter got me interested in the books and I must say that I was very impressed with them. So much so, that I was worried about how they would adapt it for a movie. Much to my great delight, it was great!!! I have seen the movie 4 times and plan to see it again. There were scenes that were not in the book that I felt did not add anything to the movie but over all, I was very satisfied with it and can't wait for New Moon to be released. The soundtrack is great as well!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
