When you're in line to get a drink and popcorn for 40 minutes and one of the theatre managers said that she's never seen a midnight showing premiere this big in her 5 years in the biz--- you know you're thinking, "This better be worth it." ECLIPSE did not disappoint. Like the book, it was full of suspense, focusing it's main story around the 'love triangle'. If I were 12 years younger in junior high (like most of the fans), the coy and sometimes cheesy-dialogue and the 10-second music-intro's for a 'Jacob' zoom or 'Edward' zoom would have been a good reason to "WAHOO!" during the film. Obviously, I did not participate, but it was hilarious to hear these young fans get so noodle-limp whenever their hearthrob took the full screen. The best part, by far, was the battle scene. Not going to ruin it.... but, again, it did not disappoint.
