Just as good as the first, but w/ Joker

This movie, like the first, had an excellent cast, storyline, acting, special effects and overall feel.
Like many people are saying, Heath Ledger's Joker was simply exact and perfect. It's everything the Joker could have and should have been, in relation to the comic version's personality.
Strangely, I did see some parallels to the original Batman movie with Jack Nicholas's portrayal of the Joker, but they didn't detract from this one.
Like the first movie, this was very dark and sinister and stayed true to the motif. A movie made for true Batman fans and for the big screen, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun-enriched story, yielding almost no shortcomings.
What would I change? Absolutely nothing. I only wish that Heith Ledger could fulfill the Joker's role in possible future films. He's going to be a very difficult act to follow
