Exactly What I Expected

Anyone who has previously seen Cohen's work should should know exactly what to expect from this movie, an outrageous character who says and does over the top things while interacting with unsuspecting people, who match or exceeded his offensiveness with their racism, sexism, and homophobia. The negative reviews of this movie highlight exactly what Cohen was trying to shine a light on with this film, small minded ignorant people. There is full frontal male nudity in this movie, if that is a problem for you then do not go see it. All of Cohen's characters are essentially the same and use the same formula. If you liked Borat then you will enjoy this movie, however it is not as good simply because the idea is no longer fresh and new.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Sandy Bullock Has Done It Again

The Proposal is an excellent Romantic Comedy. It is predictable and not edgy by any stretch of the imagination but it is a good movie. If you enjoyed Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality and While You Were Sleeping then you will love this movie. I never liked Ryan Reynolds before this movie but he is actually charming in this movie. Betty White steals the movie with her performance as the wacky grandma.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good but 30 min too long

This movie is 100% better than Batman Begins but it is 30 min too long. At the halfway point I was convinced that it was one of the best movies ever but by the end I was just wanting it to be over.
