This isn't about plot so much as it's about the journey. It's a "what's going to happen next" drama, with comedy on the way. Mike's stand-up is excellent. Lauren Ambrose is a fine actor. And it's good to see Carol Kane again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

The people in this movie feel real - nothing scripted, nothing put on for the cameras. Amazing trust between crew and people in the film. The fact that the movie was filmed over the span of a year means we get to see the remarkable changes that take place. The Interrupters make a difference. They save lives, not just for now, but for generations to come.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
