Learning while being entertained

I went to see Up in the Air with George Clooney based on the recommendations of friends.Aside from good acting, soundtrack and visual presentation,I thought the story was compelling, offered insights on the business of dismissing professionals and how often many professionals find it difficult to balance the need to be successful in their professions and having a personal/family life.
This movie provides insight for those benefiting and losing in the creative destructive nature of the economy and generational differences and dynamics between emerging professionals and Mid-Careers. I recommend this film for its good entertainment value, and as reflection tool for professionals. I had fun and learned a few things.
