Although I enjoyed this movie as did my teen-aged daughter, my pre-teen was a little grossed out by some of the battle scenes which dominated the movie. A couple times we had to take a break and leave the theatre and finally my husband missed the last 20 minutes of the film. Noticeably we were not the only one's doing this! Just be aware that the movie can be a little intense for the younger set. In my opinion, a PG-13 rating would have been a more responsible choice.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
