Not really, but I did love this movie, and so did my soon-to-be 8-year old daughter. Jack Black's voice acting was good, as was the rest of the cast. The storyline was really good and I could totally see this having a sequel. Take Your Kids!

Surprisingly Good...

Honestly, I went in seeing this movie with no expectations, I went away feeling like the price I paid was worth it (the ticket price alone, the food is another story). Contrary to what some people think, it is not a sequel, and be glad it's not. This one actually made me see it twice and not feel bad for it. The characters actually corresponded to their comic book counterparts, and Edward Norton was great! Go Tim Roth! Damn good performance from him, no longer gonna be remembered for just talking to his honey bunny ;) Liv Tyler could have up her performance a little, but she was still pretty close to what I would've expected her counterpart to have acted/sounded like. A lot of action, not-to-violent violence, one scene of sexuality (which stops soon after its beginning), and the language isn't so bad that you couldn't bring some mature kids to see. Go See This Movie..after Iron Man.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
