Special effects were great. That being said... the story line bordered on rediculous and the story path was annoying at times. I had it figured out way too soon. There were no surprises. I do not recall hearing the boy's name until the end... and when it was heard it was an "of course" moment... The story was terribly flawed. My recommendation: wait until 2013 when you can see this at home when there is nothing else on tv.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
