fun, entertaining, and visually stunning

i am a huge wes anderson fan so i was going to enjoy the movie no matter what, he always gives you a very smart character driven movie with picturesque cinematography, and an excellent soundtrack and he didn't disappoint here. now the movie was based on a ronald dahl book, which i have not read, so im not sure how accurate it was to the original but either way i thoroughly enjoyed this movie. it had everything i could have ever wanted, action, suspense, drama, and comedy. now i wouldn't recommend it for small kids so use your discretion. its definitely PG, there is some mischief and violence but its done in a looney toons style thats fun for adults and kids. and the stop animation is enjoyable all in itself.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
