Once again Nolan has delivered the Dark Knight as intended by the authors' of the finer graphic novels. Ledger nails the Joker, making Nicholson's attempt at the role seem comical. Finally the Dark Knight Detective is pitted against a worthy adversary and the ensuing battle for Gotham's soul is captivating on a number of levels. This is a must see film. The only downside being that it feels a little long, and while Bale is perfectly cast, his tough guy Batman voice is a bit much after 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
