Good Movie! Disappointing Experience!

I was impressed with this re-make of the old classic. Since I knew what was going to happen next almost all of the time it probably took some of the excitement out of the movie. I was disappointed that the Movie theater I was viewing the movie in did not show it in IMAX/3D but in 'regular' format. They probably did not have more than a few IMAX screens which were being used for another new release. All in all it was a good movie but would have been much better in IMAX/3D.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good but Long!

I thought this was the best Batman movie I've seen but it was a little long for my comfort. I will watch it again at home where I can hit the 'pause' button occassionally. Much more action and more devious plot that previous movies. The 'joker' was absolutely great and the other actors were very good.
Would recommend to anyone but, in theater, to those who can sit for 2 1/2 hours and at home on DVD for the rest of us.
