One of the best movies I've seen in a long time, if not "The Best". Maybe a little to long however it is very well worth it. An excellent combination of action, special effects and great acting talent. Heath Ledger was great in his role as "The Joker", truly a loss to the craft. Christan Bale was excellent, he displays the same traits as the comic book hero, strong, vibrant yet sensitive. I like the way it ended with the hero bearing the burden just like the comic book. Worth veiwing again and again, I'll be adding this movie to my collection. This movie makes you think about how things have become in society and why heroes are needed in fantasy and reality. Do not debate it, see the movie, you will not regret it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
