"We Bought a Zoo" has it all-laughs, tears, drama, intrigue, fascinating characters. The Mee family will wrap itself around your heart and not let go. Several scenes-including the final one of the film--transported me to that rare and joyful movie-watching plane of: "This is true magic." You will be entertained and moved

A consummate work of power, excitement, and intellectual heft. Director Greengrass, writer Helgeland, star Damon, and their Bourne technical chiefs (sound, design, photography, etc.) are at the top of their game in this thriller. I'll just add, from an entertainment standpoint, that I've been watching movies for decades, and I've never watched one that is more exciting than this. See it!
