Good Sequel

This was much better than i was expected based on the previews. The previews made the movie look very cheesy and like it lacked plot but the actual film surprised me. I would say its on par with the first movie for sure with the exception of Micky Rourke. He wasn't well suited for this movie and trying to fake the Russian accent made him look like a dumb oaf rather than a super buff genius. Other than that, it was a good watch and i plan to see it again in theaters and will purchase it on blu-ray later.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Don't Watch-men (or anyone else)

This movie was terrible. Extremely long and boring, I knew 10 minutes in that nothing was going to happen in the entire movie and I'm disappointed to say I was right. With only a total of about 20 minutes of action scenes, this is not a superhero movie unless the main superpower was the narrator's ability to talk and bore people to death. Also the nudity in the movie is uncalled for (and not just because its mostly male nudity) b/c none of it fit the plot (or what the director and writer might call a plot). The nudity coupled with the ridiculous gore made this a completely tasteless movie. Aside from the blue guy, no one had an actual superpower so stay home and watch Heroes if you want a superhero show and/or a show with an actual plot.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
