It has some brief surprise moments of action that will leave you breathless for that moment...
Overall some moments are a little cheesy and predictable but bearable. I watch a lot of movies and go from the ratings I find at metacritic and hollywood.com. They are usually a good way to go to figure out what is the best movie to see available. That is what this was, the best one that I had not seen yet out of lots of movies with low ratings. The rating on this movie was not high but high enough to be like...eh ok we'll go watch it. Was not a waist of time but on the verge.
PS my girlfriend did not like it at all except for one part that caught her off guard...no spoilers btw
Yes, I recommend this movie.
