Cookie Cutter Action Flick

I am a big fan of the first Mission Impossible movie but I just did not get into this one. Do not get me wrong. The action sequences were great. You have to love Simon Pegg. He is just genius in everything he does. Unfortunately, I have just tired of the Ethan Hunt character. I also believe the story was a little drawn out. I still have to rate this movie as good for the action and the science that makes Mission Impossible a fun watch.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Not too bad. It is more fun to watch reactions of others as they watch the movie. Number 3 had some good moments in it but the end just makes you ask even more questions which I am sure will be addressed in #4. I think I am done with this series. On to something a little more interesting.

I love the movies that really get one to thinking. This movie starts you on Day #2 and you on a coaster from there. This is a true representation of what the world would do in a situation such a this. As usual, Soderbergh does a great job of giving you the truth. Sometimes the truth is just scary but we all need to hear it. I will not say much about the plot but let me say that this movie was beyond good. Get your own popcorn :)

I know. It is a cartoon movie. What more do you expect. I got more from the cartoon than I got from this one. Don't get me wrong. The effects were great. The action was fun. As a lover of Star Trek, I love having Leonard Nimoy doing the voice over and using Star Trek lines. That was it though. Nothing to really get me excited for this movie. I know some did not like the comedy from the second movie. This one has some of that same comedy and I believe that is what kept me interested. Overall, this movie was a solid 3 and that is because the popcorn kept me planted in my seat.

Good Movie..Could be better.

This movie was good enough to keep my attention. I agree with most reviews that say the effects are worth it but the story line seems patchy. Ryan Reynolds does a great job in this movie(in body and in his usual screen personality). He is a great fit for this role. There could have been more with the other lanterns in the story. Some characters could have been completely taken out due to their unnecessary use in the story. Overall, it sets up as a good movie to make a better sequel.

Second time watching Inception

Let me just start by saying that seeing this movie twice already says that I really like this movie. This feature is a thinker. I love movies that make you do you homework in the theater while at the same time you are enjoying the action and cinematography. The cast is wonderful. The plot is complex and a little slow to learn at the beginning but that is the way that it should be. I will not give anything away with this movie but it worth the watch.
