Finally! A Truly Great Trek Movie

Fans of Trek will be missing something truly fun and engaging if they hold back from seeing this gem. Even more so than Wrath of Kahn or Voyage Home (prior movies #2 and #4), this is a Trek movie with plenty for fans but requires absolutely no prior Trek exposure to enjoy. It isn't perfect, and there are a few truly unexpected twists for prior fans, but the character work charms and overcomes the occasional convenient coincidence. A real must-see.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
